For aviation, luxury, industrial, and independent clients. Each project below covers what the problem actually was, what I built, and my specific role in it.

Equipment rental configurator interface

Equipment Rental Configurator and Quoting Tool

Focus: a quoting tool with a 3D preview of each item, generated from a photo with AI image to 3D model conversion, rendered live on the website with Three.js.

A construction equipment rental business was losing hours every week to phone and email quoting. I built a web based configurator so customers can select and configure their own order and receive an instant, accurate price, no call required.

3D vehicle inspection tool

3D Vehicle Inspection Platform

Focus: a 3D Gaussian Splatting scan pipeline, capturing the vehicle from an iPhone and turning it into a real time preview on the website.

Static photos do not build confidence in a used vehicle sale. I built an interactive 3D inspection platform where buyers orbit the car in real time, inspect annotated damage markers backed by photo evidence, and see a full decoded vehicle identification number breakdown, all directly in the browser, with no plugin required. A split pane layout keeps the 3D model and the structured vehicle data visible together, the way a professional inspector actually cross references the two.

Aquaponic farm 3D design tool

3D Farm Design Tool with a Live Return on Investment Calculator

Focus: a layout simulator where each item is placed and configured individually, feeding a dashboard that calculates the numbers live as the design changes.

Explaining an aquaponic farming system on paper is difficult, and the financial case is even harder to make. I built a browser based drag and drop 3D designer where users place components on a canvas and immediately see the water quality, fish and plant ratios, and a full monthly profit and loss projection update live as they design.

Excavator training simulator

Excavator Pre Operation Training Simulator

Focus: an induction tool built around a 3D model of the real machine, with AI generated imagery to enhance detail on key inspection zones. A web app that runs on a computer through a projector for a classroom, or individually on a tablet.

Paper based machinery inductions get skipped, forgotten, and cannot prove anything happened. I built a browser based training module that guides operators through fourteen checkpoints with a trainer character, audio narration, knowledge checks, and a certificate on completion, running on any device with no installation. AI generated imagery delivered photorealistic detail on close up inspection zones without the cost of a full 3D asset pipeline.

JaaiTang, an iOS Language Learning App

Focus: a small game built with web technology through AI assisted, vibe coded development, with all graphic assets generated by AI.

Learning to recognise foreign currency quickly is a very specific, practical problem. I designed and built a free iPhone app that teaches Thai numbers through a cashier simulation, where the player hands over the exact amount in Thai baht coins and notes, across a standard mode and an audio only challenge mode, fully localised into nine languages and published on the App Store.

Designed, developed, and submitted to the App Store solo, entirely by me. A timer forces the same recognition speed a real transaction demands, which is what actually makes the numbers stick.

VR cabin configurator interior

VR Cabin Configurator for a Business Jet Manufacturer

Focus: a premium, photorealistic configurator with multiple layouts and materials, working the same way across desktop PC, PC VR, and iPad.

Configuring the interior of a business jet involves an enormous number of decisions: layout, materials, lighting, finishes. Explaining that on paper or through renders was slow and left too much to the imagination. I designed and built a multi platform VR cabin configurator so clients could walk freely through a photorealistic virtual cabin, changing furniture layout, materials, and lighting in real time. A salesperson controls the session from a synced iPad and exports a personalised brochure at the end. Physical material samples fitted with NFC chips let a client tap a fabric swatch and see it applied instantly inside the headset.

My role covered UX and UI design leadership, the full design system, interface architecture across VR, PC, and iPad, and the NFC interaction design. The final configurator supported over 83 million combinations of materials and layouts, and became a permanent fixture in the manufacturer's showrooms.

Luxury watch configurator, rose gold chronograph

In Boutique Configurator for a Luxury Watch Brand

Focus: a photorealistic configurator on iPad and PC, plus a touchless retail kiosk built around Ultraleap hand tracking.

A boutique can only ever stock a fraction of a brand's full range. I designed and built a photorealistic real time configurator covering four collections and every current model, so salespeople could show a client any variant on an iPad, in the room, instantly. For trade shows, a touchless version lets customers browse case and strap options using hand gestures alone and trigger an exploded view animation of the watch's internal mechanism.

My role covered UX and UI design, touchless interaction design, the gesture state machine, the iPad interface, and micro animations. The whole system had to work within a client's first minute in the boutique, with zero training and zero instructions.

Tyre configurator 3D view

3D Visual Configurator for a Premium Tyre Brand

Focus: a 3D and augmented reality configurator on iPad, letting the customer see the finished product on their own vehicle.

A tyre has more customisable detail than most people realise: lettering style, sidewall colour, model. I designed a point of sale iPad configurator where customers and salespeople build that combination together, watching the 3D wheel update live with every choice, then save and share the result.

My role covered end to end interface design for the iPad configurator and the full interaction design. The interface stayed deliberately minimal so it never competed with the sales conversation happening around it.
